• Exact location
• What is your concern?
• What animals are affected?
• What colour are the animals?
• How many animals are there?
• Is it/are they loose or tethered?
• Any other information you feel would be useful
• Your contact name and number in case we need more information or directions

If you are able please also send in any photos that you may have.

Your identity will be kept in the strictest of confidence and will not be passed on to anyone else.
