1lb Christmas Plum Pudding

Our ever popular Ultimate Plum Pudding is probably the finest pudding you can buy. It has been endorsed by the BBC Good Food Magazine & Chef Magazine as being 'as good as the best homemade'. It is used by top chefs and sold as prestigious private labels throughout the country.

The pudding is virtually hand made by a very small craft manufacturer in Cumbria. All the vine fruits are soaked in plenty of brandy and dry sherry. Fresh breadcrumbs and freshly grated carrot give the pudding a distinctly northern style, being lighter and less bitter and having a wider variety of luxury ingredients than many other puddings. Most people have no idea that Christmas Pudding can be this good!! The pudding is suitable for vegetarians and uses only free-range eggs.
