At Billericay Reading Rooms on Saturday 29 November 11am-2pm.

Come along and learn how to ice a Christmas cake with fondant icing and decorate it with this fun snowman design.

All sugarpaste, modelling paste and cake boards will be provided as part of the cost of the workshop. Please note we cannot guarantee that these products are free from nuts.

You will need to bring with you:

• 7-inch fruit cake with marzipan coating
• Workboard/silicone mat
• Rolling pin
• Any basic tools you might have
• A box to take your cake home

If you think you will need lunch, please bring a packed lunch with you! Although we will be supplying unlimited hot drinks and biscuits, no amount will be a substitute for a real lunch – so do bring one if you think you may get peckish.

All proceeds from this workshop will go directly to Remus Horse Sanctuary to allow it to continue its vital work.
