Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you, as a consumer, have the right to cancel your order for a product from the Remus website within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund.  For further information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Supply.

Unless the item you wish to return is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product(s) to us.  Items damaged since their delivery to you will not be refunded.
