Came to Remus May 2014
At the time of rescue, Orchid was found in Wales, tethered, weak and emaciated, nearly blind and with few teeth. She came to Remus in June 2014 from the good people who had rescued her 8 years previously. Unfortunately though, they ran out of money and just couldn’t afford to continue looking after her.
With the correct care, Orchid soon put on weight and became much more confident.
She celebrated her 50th birthday in January 2015 and lived to be 51 years old.
